I work at a hotel and came across this blend, while rummaging through the numerous coffee packets we offer to our guests. What a pleasant surprise. Being an avid coffee drinker and given the high costs of beans nowadays, the $66.89 for a box of 200 pouches was a bargain. Smooth and creamy with a nutty, slight tea note, it's sure to please any palate. So if you're an innkeeper trying to stay within budget, or looking to stock your pantry you can't go wrong with La Matina. Classy artwork to boot. For home coffee machines, I recommend using two packets for 8 cups. Three for 10 cups. Four for a full pot. Five stars.
