How do I return an item?
We will gladly accept returns for all *Unopened/Unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email at email@example.com to get the RA# and make sure to include your order#. Returns may not be accepted without the RA#. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping as well as 20% restocking fees unless item is arrived as damaged or the buyer finds contradiction in design and specifications.
Return Policy for DOA (Damaged On Arrival) and Missing items:
An Exquisite Hotel Supply product is considered to be DOA if it shows symptoms of electronic/hardware failure on arrival or the **shipping box has visible signs of damage. If you believe that the item is DOA OR is missing then please contact within 3 days of item delivery. Exquisite Hotel Supply reserves right to inspect the item and if the condition found to be misrepresented by the customer, we will consider the item as non DOA and will apply a restocking fee up to 20% plus no shipping credit will be granted. In case of missing items, Exquisite Hotel Supply will take all measures possible to locate the missing item including launching an investigation with the carrier. For missing and DOA items we'll offer the following options to the customer:
Refund: Full refund minus initial shipping (shipping will be refunded in case of missing items).
Replacement: Replacement of similar item.
We will send instructions for replacement to the customer via email within 48 hours of initial customer contact for return. Item will NOT be considered as DOA or Missing if the buyer fails to contact Exquisite Hotel Supply within 3 days of delivery.
